18 days! 18 days!! That’s how long its been since my last burger review! Waaaaaaaay too long!! So I was super excited to get out for lunch today and go to the amusingly named, “Get That India” (GTI) in Commercial Road, South Yarra. This place serves up Indian influenced burgers and wraps, or you could go for a traditional curry too.
Whilst they had some cool burger names like the Bollywood, the Maharaja and the Bombay Burger, I couldn’t go past the “Rogan Boss” – double beef, double cheese, bacon, salad, GTI mayo, boss sauce and chutney. This was a pretty good burger, packed with a fair bit of taste. It was reasonably messy though and the bun was lucky to make it through as it did fall apart a bit too much – probably due to the double beef and amount of sauce.
Chips on the side were very tasty and washing it down with a cold Corona made the experience even better.
This was a solid burger that I really enjoyed, and whilst it didn’t set my world on fire, it was well worth the visit.
