Well another adventure today, and this time it was to the famous Hard Rock Café in Hong Kong. Now, whilst some of you may not think this popular franchise would be capable of banging out a quality burger, think again!
There are many on the menu, but I couldn’t go past the “Legendary 10oz Burger”, which according to them is “famous the world over”. A large, quality patty cooked medium to well, with BLT, cheddar cheese, pickles and a crisp fried onion ring! I know what you’re thinking – “a crisp fried onion ring? Huh?” and I thought exactly the same thing, but once I tasted it, I understood! Much to my surprise, it actually worked really well with the other flavours in the burger. The patty was thick and tasty, and the overall burger was well put together as there wasn’t too much of anything else either.
Hand cut, lightly seasoned chips on the side were delightful.
Definitely recommend finding a Hard Rock Café next time you’re travelling and finding out for yourself!
